Job Description:
1.Developing and managing long-term successful relationship with NetEase Chinese studios by providing industry leading quality assurance services.
2. Help with hiring, managing, leading, training of QA team members. Conduct performance monitoring of each tester and the overall team collaboration.
3. Planning, applying and adapting test strategies for key projects, and providing guidance and supervision when delegating to test leads.
4. Work efficiently with other peer QA team leads to deliver around-the-clock testing services to studios when needed.
5. Create new QA service lines and continuously polish existing QA services to create value for game products through technical and management innovation.

Job Requirement:
1. Experience in the QA service industry for at least 5 years.
2. Familiar with console/PC game QA and third-party QA management.
3. Proven record with QA team management, communication skills and customer relationship management skills.
